I was concerned at first because some people had bad experiences. So far no problems at all and I've used 40 out of the 50 in this package. As long as you follow the instructions and take all the air out before closing it, you'll be fine.
Tip: store it within a Ziploc bag once in the freezer because the milk touches the entrance and you don't want that in contact with the rest of the stuff on your freezer.

I used Lansinoh storage bags (which I was happy with it) but this from Medela appeared in a better price, so I give it a try.
It is much stiffer than the one I used before and can stand alone without falling.👍 Feels more thicker and it's harder to open the mouth to poor milk in it. I had to touch outside of the marked area to open it. Pooring was difficult, because the mouth isn't separated like with Lansinoh.
If I put the breastmilk in the fridge, I overload the bag to avoid using 2 and saving up space and bags. Roughly the same amount of breastmilk (295ml and 290ml in Medela) fits differently into these 2 type of bags, and with Medela I almost couldn't close the top due to the lifted bottom.👎
I have limited fridge and (especially) freezer space, and this breastmilk bag doesn't bands and changes shape to safe space. I'm affraid that won't fit in the same amount with Medela. I didn't try to feeze breastmilk in these storage bags yet, but I'm affraid the review will leave at least 1 star if I did.🌠
It might be a good bag for you, but if you are short with space I wouldn't recommend it.
***UPDATE***
Two stars fallen, so I changed my review from 4 to 2 stars.
I tried to froze my breastmilk in these bags and it can't be flat, even if you place it like that. Unlike the other storage bags, this ones keeps a triangle shape which is not efficient to nicely stock your stash in freezer. The other star is gone, because how I used this bag in the fridge to store pumped breastmilk, with time I realised how hard is to close and open it. I need to slide my fingers a loooot of times to make sure that it's closed properly and it's not practical for fridge use either.

Can't fault these. Have been using for 3 - 4 months. None have leaked and can be frozen nice and flat in the freezer. Only issue is when pouring from the bag into a bottle or cup - tip is to use the breast pump flange as a funnel. This would be true of any bag.

These bags are a god send. I was expressing a lot as my baby was premature and in hospital for 9 weeks, so my freezer was getting full with bottles.. so these bags just made my freezer space better! In Asda they have their own brand for £4 which i started to buy once I released they were just as good.

Love these freezer bags. The Medela range is far superior to others on the market. Due to their shape the milk freezes in a much more even distribution rather than in a solid lump at the bottom of the bag. I found that the other brands leaked and many ended up with holes at the bottom of the bag due to them expanding once frozen that is not the case for these bags. These however are compact and can be stored much easier meaning you can store more packets at once.

The closing tab is very strong, just be careful not to have any milk in the close or it will not be 100% secure. I use the funnel from the breast pump to pour the milk into the bag to avoid this.

Great product, I have had no issues with any of the bags and would recommend these over any others that I have tried.
