The non-stick coating is working very well. I'm using it to fry eggs in it as the high sides mean there is less spatter on my hob - but it needs only a tiny splash of oil under the eggs.
The handle of the pan is very securely attached. The handle is also metal, which means that the whole pan can be put into the oven (up to 220C). This is handy as I have a recipe which involves frying onions, making a sauce, and then letting it cook in the oven to brown and crisp off the top.
This is a high quality pan. But (as of the time of review in December 2021), it also comes at a fairly high price. So you'll have to make up your own mind as to whether it constitutes good value. But for me, I'm definitely pleased with the quality of the pan and the slipperiness of the non-stick interior.

My biggest worry was whether it worked on an induction hob, well I can safely say it does, and it works just as well as other induction pans.
It's also oven safe (up to 220c), so you can feel free to put it into your oven or Aga - having a metal/ceramic handle rather than plastic does help.
This pan is made of metal and for a smallish pan, certainly has a nice reassuring hefty feel to it. The metal is coated with a ceramic non-stick coating, which I must say works really well. Of course treat it carefully (ie silicone or wooden spoons rather than metal), and it should last well, unlike my existing pans which have suffered badly over the years from mishandling.
The biggest thing which comes up is whether this pan can justify its £86 price tag?
First thing to say is you can buy a pan for a few pounds, so if you're looking budget, forget this or any premium pan! (And you probably won't be reading this review anyway!)
So... it's a 20cm diameter pan and costs a lot less than a similar pan from the premium brand I know. However I must say I to still prefer the feel of the handle on the other brand. However looking very closely at this pan, I can see how it's very well made and the handle it put together really well.
In summary, for what it is and compared to the competition, I'd say it is worth the asking price and I'm sure you'll have many good years of service out of this pan! - Excellent.
Update 17th Dec 2021: after using daily now, I really like the fact the edges are bowl like, allows you to see into the contents a lot easier, great for things like scrambled eggs!
