Great quality blades for Fiskars Trimmer

I had my Paper Trimmer lying around for years and opted instead to cut everything by hand with my scissors instead, until I injured my wrist and thumb. This has now become a crucial tool in my gift tag making. I can't do without it.
These blades are essential if you are using the Fiskars paper trimmer, You can't cut without them. The prices vary from one seller to another so it is worth doing your homework and checking which seller has the best price. I have bought these from different sellers and they all seem to last the same length of time. After awhile the blades do get blunt which is understandable but a good tip is to put a piece of wax paper on top of the page you are trimming and it seems to do the trick and extend the life of the blades for a little while longer. I use mine until they are completely blunt before buying more. The description says you can cut, up to 5 sheets of paper? Well to be honest I have only ever used mine to cut 300g cardstock. I only manage one sheet at a time. It works for me this way so I can't comment on the 5 sheets of paper. It is hard to put a guide on how long these will last, I think it is fair to say they seem to last ages but when they go blunt it is handy to have a spare set ready to replace them.
They are well made and like I mentioned previously they are essential for the Papr Trimmer so worth having a spare set lying about.

The blade is easy to attach to the trimmer, it just pops on to the ruler part, you can see from the pictures I have posted, there is a slight opening and that is where they fit in. Unfortunately when they are blunt they need to be thrown away.
