Wir haben so ziemlich alles an Espresso- und Cappuccino-Maschinen gehabt, was es seit 30 Jahren auf dem Markt gibt, von ganz teuer (mehrere Tausend DM bzw. Euro) bis zu diversen Nespresso-Maschinen. So richtig zufrieden waren wir nie. Zu viel Aufwand, zu viel putzen, umständlich, Kaffee zu dünn, zu kalt, zu teuer , schnell kaputt etc. Aber oh Erstaunen - das ist die erste Espresso/Cappuccino-Maschine, die uns wirklich rundum zufrieden stellt. Leicht zu bedienen, wenig Vorbereitung, schnell zu reinigen, wenig Putzaufwand, anschalten, Tasse drunter und los geht es. Einmal Überwischen: fertig! Wir sind komplett begeistert. Und das für diesen eher lächerlichen Preis, verglichen zu den Maschinen, die jahrelang bei uns Platz wegnahmen und einstaubten, weil es einfach zu aufwendig war. Und das Beste: Der Kaffee ist heiß, hat eine wunderbare Crema, der Milchschaum steht fest und hoch, mehr erwarten wir nicht von einer Kaffeemaschine. Die können wir wirklich empfehlen!

Ich bin Espresso-abhängig - ohne drei Doppio am Morgen läuft Garnichts - dachte ich bislang...
Über die letzten 10-15 Jahre habe ich immer mal wieder eine neue Espressomaschine bei ALDI gekauft (ja!) - ich hatte halt rausgefunden, daß diese '-Maschinen umgelabelte italienische Markenprodukte sind.
Blöd nur, wenn die (dringend benötigte) Maschine versagt :-( Und es grad kein ALDI-Angebot hat.
Also: Suchen - und siehe da, bei Amazon gibt es eine erschwingliche Maschine.
Bestellt, ausgepackt, durchlaufen lassen, trinken...
Ehrlich: Ich bin jede Woche in einem Alimentari, und die Mamma dort meint es gut mit mir - aber der Espresso aus dieser Maschine ist noch etwas besser ;-)
Einziges Manko: Ab dem zweiten Espresso muss ich zapfen bevor die grüne Lampe angeht - oder 5 Minuten warten, ist mir sonst zu heiss. Keine Ahnung, warum es so viele Anleitungen gibt, einen heisseren Espresso zu bekommen.

Yo ya había probado esta cafetera en casa de mi madre y estaba encantado con el café que hacía. Ahora hemos comprado una en casa y.... es un vicio.

He de decir que yo no soy especialmente cafetero y además no me gusta acostumbrarme al café porque llega un momento que si no me tomo mi dosis no soy persona y odio esa dependencia mañanera :-)
Dicho esto...

El café que hace comparado con la cafetera anterior que teníamos que era de jarra no tiene nada que ver. Es mucho más espeso, cremoso, tiene más aroma y sabor... es sencillamente otro café.

La cafetera es muy fácil de limpiar
Se calienta enseguida y te preparas el café en nada de tiempo, mientras sacas la taza, el azúcar y cargas el café... ya está lista
la limpieza es muy rápida y sencilla, recomiendo sacar el café usado después de hacerlo y ponerlo bajo el grifo para que salga. Si lo dejas en la cazoleta de un día para otro, cuesta mucho más sacarlo, el café endurece una barbaridad y creedme que al final los pegotes de café te pueden atascar el codo del desague. Limpiarlo sobre la marcha es muy rápido y sencillo, basta ponerlo debajo del grifo y se elimina todo resto de café

El consumo de café es muy inferior (ahora gasto 2 a 3 veces menos) y está bastante mejor de sabor y fuerza

Según te pones a hacerlo, con el mismo café de siempre y ves que ahora sale una espumilla color crema arriba.... uf, sólo verlo ya apetece, pero es que además está muy bueno.
Una última cosa, si pones una cazoletita de cafe para hacerte un expreso y en vez de una taza pequeña, usas una grande dee desayuno.... obviamente no esperes que te salga concentrado. Que la gente a veces es muy cachonda, ponen una medida de café y pretenden hacerse un tercio de litro y que le salga concentrado jajajaj.

Muy contento con la compra y con la calidad de la marca

J'ai acheté ce produit comme propre cadeau de Noël et j'en suis ravi !
Très simple d'utilisation et facile d'entretiens.
Niveau sonore pour moi c'est comme une cafetière dolce gusto ou nespresso
J'utilise du café moulu et le goût est vraiment très très bon.
Pour le côté lait, là on a un bruit plus sourd mais comme toute bonne machine dans n'importe quel bar café !
Il fait une très belle mousse et c'est un délice
Je la conseille !

I actually got my own one of these second hand from a social media Marketplace. I purchased this one as a gift for my parent who whenever they came round loved the coffee it made. They had a pod coffee machine at their house, the one marketed by a Hollywood A lister. And they preferred my coffee to their machine at their house.
So I got them this for Christmas.
The product itself is clearly built to last. The person i bought mine from only gmsold it as they purchased a bean to cup machine. I've had it for about a year and it is still going strong. It even copes well with the hard water.
It produces the most wonderful crema. A beautiful coffee everytime.
The milk frother is great. Super easy to clean. Two bits come off, leave in soak and rinse or just give it a quick scrub and reapply if you want another cappuccino. The milk frother is very easy to control too.
The water reservoir has a big enough capacity for two large mugs. It is easy to loft out and fill and easy to put back in. I've never had a spill doing so.
The only point to be aware of is that the drip tray doesn't leave a space big enough for oversized mugs. But I remove it for mine. As soon as the espresso is made I remove my mug and place a small jug underneath to catch drips.
It is not hugely loud. I live in a three bedroom house. I work terrible shifts and often get up at three am. I come down and make a coffee with this. My wife who is a massively light sleeper is not disturbed by it and nor are my three kids.
The handle gives a real professional feel. It is very strong and robust.
This is a brilliant coffee machine. An absolute bargain for coffee shop results.

The ECP31.21 is "Baby's first espresso machine" and that title fits the bill quite nicely. You might take it as an insult at first glance but I don't mean anything negative by that in the slightest.
On the contrary, for someone foraging into a world of confusing terminology and a confusion as to how a Long Black and an Americano aren't the same thing, you'll find a very capable machine that delivers performance for the price-point and can serve as the basis for growing a love and appreciation for the finer grounds in life.

I'll get my only major gripe out of the way; The milk heater. Regardless of the fact that it is a dial, On and Off are basically what you get from it. It's not terrible at the job it's given but it really doesn't excel.

Can I forgive this at the price of £70? Absolutely.
And if that's all you need to forgive, you can be quite happy with a machine that delivers consistent performance and an easy-to-clean exterior, with a small viewing window for remaining water and a plastic tamper/scoop combo which I'd appreciate seeing more often in other higher-end models from all manufacturers, if only in something other than plastic. The removable drip-tray is a breeze to clean and I actually find myself preferring this model to the more "polished" metal variant that sits at a higher price-point simply for the fact that cleaning the plastic parts is easier and not having to treat the machine like a newborn child means removing trays or nozzle caps or any accessory can be done with gusto without feeling guilty.

As a very first espresso machine, you can't find all that much wrong with the ECP31.21. It won't stagger anyone who's looking for a more professional espresso maker but that's not what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to be an affordable alternative to machines such as Tassimo's offerings. If you're looking to convert someone away from wasting plastic on the daily, this is far from a waste of plastic.

Estamos muy contentos, teniamos algunas dudas ya que era la primera de este tipo que compramos, pero ha cumplido las espectativas, es facil de montar y limiar, lo capuchinos excelentes. El espumador funciona muy bien.

I am using this machine for almost a year now. There is no complaint so far. Although one has to choose among ground coffee so that portafilter can release a good amount of espresso with right pressure.

In the begining I tried with Blue Tokai, Starbucks and many more but so far no luck. Then I moved to Lavazza and its been my favorite coffee till now. I have tried Lavazza espresso, rosa, oro and almost all the blends of it.

This machine is good for Latte but for beginers I ll recommend to watch few youtube videos to make it from this machine such as timing, quantity of milk.

I use this machine everyday to make atleast 4 cups of coffee and so far no complaint at all.

Thanks Delonghi for providing a good home solution for coffee lovers.

Es una maquina cara, pero es cierto que no tiene fallos que otras sí tienen de otras marcas más económicas. De momento no me ha fallado nada y funciona perfectamente. Cumple con lo que pides.
