These headphones are manufactured with Gerbils as the target audience in mind.

I am by no means some kind of dumbo the elephant when it comes to the size of my ears but these headphones just do not fit, my friend also bought these headphones and had the same problem.

The microphone produces a voice sound quality that is on par with a world war 2 radio, combine this with the ear trauma and you’re not having a good time.

That being said the one benefit of these headphones would be that if you’re looking to immerse yourself playing Battlefield One, stick these bad boys on you’ll really feel like you’re in the Somme.

They’ve slapped the PS logo on the side of some mediocre headphones and are charging a premium price, avoid buying.

I used these for the first time a few days ago and i can honestly say if your wanting to listen to games then they are ok, average. then nice looking exterior fools you into thinking they are quality.
I cant hear myself speak, I have changed every setting, monitor, voice chat volumes etc and makes no difference. only time you can is when you select to adjust the mic volume then when you go back to the game/party its back to being underwater. Imagine you have just stuck your fingers in your ears now go speak to someone. This results in shouting down the mic and renders the reason for buying headphones (to be quiet) as useless.
I switched from the xbox to ps and i cant remember a headset that i had in the last ten years that has not let me hear my own voice when chatting.
The only way to effectively use this is to remove one earcup so sit with it half on? When in a party chat everyone i was speaking to confirmed when i switched from headset mic to controller mic i became clearer.

The sound is average, often tinny and echo's sounds nothing like the real ingame audio when you run it through the amp with a real 5.1 set up. bass tones were ok but again i have heard better audio from a stell series set at half the price.

The look and feel is quality, the buttons mostly in the right place all feel good, comfortable to wear and the battery is excellent

If anyone can tell me of a setting that allows me to hear my own voice when i party chat then i will give it an extra star but terrible is my current conclusion. when compared to the quality of the new controllers i cant understand how they got it so wrong.

I wouldnt buy these again

One size does not fit all: the band only really accommodates larger head sizes. If you have a small head, this will a) not sit comfortably and b) fall off your head when you move. I also found that they didn’t really fit nicely to the ears due to the rigid design. You can’t adjust them to fit your ears. The sound quality is OK but the volume is lacking. I also found that when 3D sound was turned on via PS5 ( playing updated Witcher 3 ) the sound quality was untimely Good with music but poor with SFX , swords clashing etc. compared to my Steel series 7, the Steel series win hands down and you can purchase for near enough the same price. Given that PS developed these for the PS5 a-3D audio - th rydo_donaldson@hotmail.com have done a reasonably poor job. I would avoid.

Viel zu teuer!

Für das was der Kopfhörer kann bzw. nicht kann ist er viel zu teuer. Man muss ein Dongle zur Verbindung nutzen und das im Jahr 2023. Wenn der Dongle hinten an der PS5 angebracht ist bestehen Verbindungsunterbrechungen, somit ist man gezwungen in Vorne zu belegen. Weiter als 5 Meter und es kommt ebenso zu Unterbrechungen. Der Tragekomfort ist auch nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Der Kopfhörer wirkt auch die ganze Zeit sehr fragile. Lieber Alternativen suchen die sich zu dem Preis auch ohne Probleme finden lassen.

Severely disappointed - Awful mic performance & issues

I've read so many rave reviews about this headset that I decided to pick one up over my archaic astro A50's from a bygone time. Unfortunately right from the get-go there were issues.

Immediately my friends in party chat stated how the mic sounded like I was in a fish bowl. This is a known issue it seems - when using it as a wireless headset, mic performance is poor, but when plugged in with the included aux cable its fine. WHY WOULD I BUY A WIRELESS HEADSET THAT PERFORMS POORLY UNTIL ITS PLUGGED IN?

Furthermore after a few hours of use, I noticed some pops and ticks in the audio when people were talking. I attributed this to their microphones at first, until out of curiosity I switched back to my old wireless headset to find it was in fact the Pulse 3D's causing the issue.

So, moral of the story - I recommend picking up some older Astro A50 wireless or invest and get the Arctis 7P or similar.

I had expected a lot from these headphones but came away feeling immensely disappointed with them in the end.

The sound quality is not as good as Sony's premium WHXM series (I personally have the XM2's which are pretty long in the tooth now, and they sound better).

In addition to the medicore sound quality, the biggest problem is that the headphones are simply no where comfortable enough to be worn for an extended period of time.

Habe mir die Kopfhörer im Prime Sale gegönnt, weil ich über die ganzen positiven Bewertungen und Reviews angetan war. Versand und Lieferung wie immer vorbildlich von Amazon.
Eig schreibe ich keine Rezensionen - da ich von diesem Produkt allerdings dermaßen enttäuscht bin und ich andere ,potentielle Kunden, vor einem Fehlkauf bewahren möchte, haue ich mal in die Tasten.
Der Übersichtlichkeit her werde ich nur Pros und Kontras aufschreiben.

Pro:
- Die Optik. Passt sehr schön zur PS5
- Es hat ein Klinkenanschluss und kann somit an fast allen Geräten genutzt werden!
- Verpackung besteht hauptsächlich aus Karton und ist sehr umweltfreundlich.
- Das Gewicht der Kopfhörer ist sehr gering.

Kontra:
- Klang! Ich dachte erst meine Kopfhörer seien defekt! Der Klang ist so unglaublich dünn! Es fehlt komplett an Bässen! Egal ob Musik, Film oder Spiel. Da bin ich durch mein Astro A50 was ganz anderes gewohnt!
- Verarbeitung. Die Kopfhörer wirken sehr billig. Das Material fühlt sich nicht gut an. Die Polster der Hörmuscheln waren etwas zerdrückt und haben auch nach zwei Tagen immer noch Quetschfalten.
- Tragekomfort. Durch das geringe Gewicht fühlt es sich oben auf dem Kopf sehr angenehm an, aber! Aber die Hörmuscheln sind viel zu eng! Ich habe eig schon recht kleine Ohren und hatte bis jetzt noch nie Probleme mit Overear-Kopfhörern. Doch hier bei dem Pulse 3D kleben meine Ohren unten und oben an den Hörmuscheln und es fühlt sich einfach total unbequem an!

Fazit: Das war leider nichts! Ich verstehe auch die ganzen positiven Meinungen nicht zu den Kopfhörern! Entweder hatten die User noch nie richtig gute Kopfhörer, oder meine Ohren sind einfach zu verwöhnt. Wären sie klanglich super, hätte ich über den Tragekomfort hinweg sehen können, aber so leider nicht!

L'audio è veramente pessimo, il suono è ovattato e fa pensare di avere delle cuffie da 20/30 €.. Ho provato l'audio 3d con dei titoli che lo supportano ed è ridicolo. Non aggiungo altro perché il mio voto è zero
