This book is truly outstanding in many aspects. It raises questions and provides answers at the same time. It is brilliantly crafted to be accessible while questioning societal norms. It is exactly the kind of book that I love to draw inspiration from.

The authors originally studied with Edward de Bono; their interest in intelligence and seeing the potential for growth and change through the different lenses of intention and visualisation shine stridently through the text. Sometimes the book feels like a manifesto for change yet it is also a wake-up call provoking you to think differently about leadership and influence. Part of the book has brief mini-case histories of shapers from all sectors of society and from all over the world, demonstrating that Shapership is a matter of attitude more than a privilege. As they say ‘Shapers don’t empower, they share power’. Recommended.
