I bought this hose to use with a rotary pump and also on my water butts.
As I was planning to cut it up for smaller connections, I didn't want to pay over the odds, so this hose I thought would be ideal (it's quite cheap and quality looked ok).
I received the hose and whilst the quality is good for the price, there is something I overlooked. The size is way too small for anything. Granted, it does state on the description that it is a 1/2 in diameter which I overlooked (if it was in millimetres I may have noticed it would be too thin), but I am left wondering what you could possibly use this hose for?
It doesn't fit my waterbutt taps (which are tapered to allow multiple hose sizes), it doesn't fit my rotary pump which is made for use with garden hoses, it doesn't fit any of my hose or tap connectors so I am stumped!
I feel like the description could have been more explicit as to the uses of this product as it clearly is not suitable for domestic garden use.
Quality is good if you are looking for a thin hose, but please check the diameter before purchasing.
