I was a little sceptical on buying this as a lot of the reviews said about lots of "bits" to put together, well either they have made it better or nobody likes to put anything together.
Handle: three parts
Inside "for hose": plastic hose bit and a spring, (but you do have to screw another plastic bit on the outside to hold it in place)
That my friends is it..... So to cut it short, easy, even putting the two wall brackets on the wall was an easy affair.
It arrives in a box, look inside the hose box and there is a few plastic bags but most of it is made up of hose fittings, which you need to make the hose connect.
Then run out the hose from the plastic box.....
Fit handle.
Fit the hose connector inside with the spring inside and screw the outside hose connector on it.
Fit a one screw plastic hose guide thing (ONE SCREW)
Role hose back on the reel, that is it done unless you want to put it on the wall, but even that is easy.
It works very well by the way, the only thing I did do was give the hose guide a spray of silicon as it was a little stiff, now it slides like a dream and works just like a hose reel should.
