Had these for about 3 weeks now and couldn't be happier so far. I use my K702s daily and for hours at a time, so it's important that these were comfortable and did do the job as well as the originals.
So far, they seem like a great choice. The original pads are somewhat cleanable, and I'm going to try that now I have a new pair, but not sure how many times I can get away with that.
Easy enough to fit, I think I found these easier to install than the originals, (which I have already removed in the past to clean once) although still tight enough with the correct, even pressure to twist them on.
As you can see from the picture, they are properly tapered to the front for best fit and the velour feels right. No cheep manufacture smells either.
Time will tell on the quality of the foam, but happy so far and they have returned my headphones to a place that sits juuuust away from my ears. This has improved the audio quality quite dramatically... to the point where I had to recalibrate my ears to accommodate the (excellent) K702s again.
The K702s (owned for about 5 years now) are a very sturdy and great sounding set of studio headphones and well deserving of a new set of pads.
