Very disappointing

We ordered the Dual Blaze as an "upgrade" to our existing Cosori XXL 4.7l, which we are more than happy with. We just wanted something a bit bigger.
Let no one fool you, this machine is incredibly loud. I would say at least 10 times louder than the XXL 4.7l. It sounds like your kettle when it's at boiling point.
That's fine for just a few seconds, but not when you're cooking for say 20 or 30 minutes.
The main reason for our big disappointment was the awful smell.
The baking drawer and crisp-plate were thoroughly washed with hot soapy water several times. The machine was given many empty runs to flush out the smell, some for 30 and 40 minutes.
From the first empty test run to the last there was no difference at all to the degree of smell. I'm not exaggerating, we had to have several windows fully open the whole time the machine was on, and for more than an hour afterwards.
In fact following these runs, the Dual Blaze still gave off a bit of a smell long, long after being turned off.
The smell seems to be coming from the top heating element area.
In addition to all of this, I'm concerned about all the sliding in and out of the drawer.
It's just far too close to the lower heating element.
There's also two plastic bolts holding the lower plate in position.
I feel these are again far too close to the lower heating element.
I'm not that confident that these will last as long as one might expect.

I have also seen evidence that the second heating element makes no difference to cooking times or performance.
As far as I can see, if you place more chips in thinking as you have the heat top and bottom I can do that, they will come out very uneven. So you can't really overcrowd the chips. You still have to have one or two layers, not a whole drawer full as they'd have you believe.
So I'm really not sure of the need for the lower heat.

We decided against a replacement and sent it back.
The XXL 4.7l is so much better.

Devo ammettere che sono rimasto molto deluso dall'acquisto della COSORI Friggitrice ad Aria Smart. Sembra un dispositivo estremamente promettente sulla carta, ma nella pratica non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative.

Innanzitutto, ho incontrato alcune difficoltà nella fase di connessione della friggitrice alla rete Wi-Fi di casa. Non so se questo sia un problema comune con il modello CAF-P583S o se io abbia semplicemente avuto sfortuna, ma ho dovuto dedicare diverso tempo e pazienza a capire quale fossero i passaggi necessari per connettere il dispositivo. Una volta collegata, la friggitrice sembra funzionare correttamente con l'app VeSync, che permette di controllarla da remoto e di accedere a ulteriori programmi di cottura.

Tuttavia, non ho trovato l'esperienza d'uso della COSORI Friggitrice ad Aria Smart molto piacevole. Il touchscreen, ad esempio, sembra poco sensibile al tocco e spesso richiede più di un tentativo per registrare un'impostazione o un cambiamento. Inoltre, pur offrendo molti programmi preimpostati, questi non sono particolarmente personalizzabili e spesso richiedono ulteriori regolazioni per ottenere il risultato desiderato.

Inoltre, il rivestimento antiaderente della friggitrice non mi ha convinto completamente, dato che la pulizia a volte è stata un po' difficoltosa e alcuni residui di cibo hanno richiesto l'utilizzo di una spugna più aggressiva per essere rimossi.

Ma il punto che mi ha deluso maggiormente è stato il risultato finale dei cibi cotti. Ho provato diverse impostazioni di cottura per ottenere patatine fritte, pollo, gamberi e altri piatti, ma anche seguendo le istruzioni fornite dal manuale di istruzioni e dall'app VeSync non sono mai riuscito a ottenere un risultato davvero convincente. In molti casi, i cibi sembravano un po' secchi e meno gustosi rispetto a quelli che avrei ottenuto cuocendoli in altro modo.

In definitiva, non mi sento di raccomandare l'acquisto della COSORI Friggitrice ad Aria Smart. Mentre l'idea di utilizzare una tecnologia di cottura senza oli per ottenere cibi croccanti e gustosi è sicuramente allettante, l'esperienza d'uso della friggitrice non mi ha convinto e ho trovato i risultati finali dei cibi inferiori alle mie aspettative.

Aufgrund eines begeisterten Freundes habe ich mir die Friteuse bestellt für 179 Euro

Ein Tag später war sie für 159 Euro im Angebot

Als ich bei Amazon angerufen habe um zu fragen ob ich meine auch für 159 Euro bekomme meinte sie es wäre nicht möglich und ich müsste sie neu bestellen

Im Endeffekt habe ich sie günstiger bekommen aber die erste Friteuse wurde nutzlos durch die Gegend geschickt

Ankunft und Inbetriebnahme:

Die Fritteuse wurde schnell geliefert und ordentlich verpackt. Sie roch sehr stark nach Plastik nach dem ich sie gereinigt ging es ans installieren der App und ans Firmware Update. Durch das Firmware Update (eher downgrade) war es nicht mehr möglich denn frittiertervorgang per App zu starten.

Geschmack

Pommes : fürchterlicher Plastik Geschmack und eine mehlige Konsistenz verwendet wurden Lidl Pommes welche ich seit 15 Jahren benutze und noch nie schlechte Erfahrung gemacht habe. Ich habe daraufhin mehrere Male die Friteuse gereinigt bis der Plastik Geschmack weniger wurde ganz weg ist er aber nicht gegangen. Experimente mit Öl Sprüher brachten ein besseres Ergebnis im Gegensatz zur Öl Friteuse von Bartscher ist es aber immer noch fürchterlich

Nuggets : waren schmerzfrei zu ertragen gut ist aber anders

Alles andere : habe ich mich noch nicht getraut denn ich brauche einige Nerven dafür

I am so confused with the wonderful feedback with this product as you can see the chips look fine but what you get is poorly cooked flavourless food, I would say akin to a microwave product. I would normally cook chips or potatoes in the oven not a fat fryer so that would be my comparison. I just don’t get it I am not going to keep it to try a roast or a fish meal after two lots of chips one with the fries setting and one with the air fry that’s it it’s off back for a refund. I don’t really eat chips but I was so excited for a truly delicious chip I actually had to drive 15 miles to the chip shop to fulfill the dream.
Maybe this is a good product maybe not but really for me a total disappointment and somewhat pointless as food is so expensive now I don’t want to waste time with poor quality badly cooked food. Like I say really confused

I wish I had never heard of it and its company. It looks good it feels good but by God it is useless.It smells and smokes like a chimney It under cooks the food irrespective of the program it is on Dealing for a refund is like looking for a needle in a hay stack(repeated requests and questions)by Bella.There is this useless apparatus on our work top occupying space in our kitchen when it should not have been created (WHICH IDIOT SAID IT IS ONE OF THE BEST AIR FRYER)Public beware buy it at your peril.Refund under guarantee they have never heard of it .what do you think Bella? Do you really exist?

Das wohl schlechteste Produkt, was ich je erworben habe, nicht weil es seine Leistung nicht bringt, weil es selbst Monate danach noch wie eine Chemie-Fabrik riecht !
Geblendet von den ganzen positiven Bewertungen, habe ich, als das gute Stück als Blitzangebot verfügbar war zugeschlagen.
Keine 48 Stunden später war es auch schon da, natürlich sofort ausgepackt, nach Anleitung gereinigt und ein Leerlauf gemacht, nachdem alles trocken war.
OMG den Geruch habe ich heute noch in der Nase, die ganze Wohnung hat danach gestunken.
Also nochmal alles gereinigt und wieder ein paar Leerläufe gestartet....Nix, stinkt immer noch. Also den Cosori Support angeschrieben, die Antwort war reinigen und ein paar mal den Leerlauf starten, auf der höchsten Stufe für 30 min. dann noch ggf. mit Öl in der Schublade (ein wenig).
Nach gefühlt 50 Versuchen war der Geruch immer noch vorhanden, etwas weniger, aber immer noch penetrant.
Also das Gerät durch den Amazon Support getauscht bekommen, hätte ja ein Montagsgerät sein können.
So nun nach weiteren 2 Monaten leider keine Veränderung.
Ich habe echt alles versucht, daher kann ich das hier wirklich nicht weiterempfehlen

First of all loved using this air fryer but last week a cloud of smoke came out of it, there was a burning smell and it stopped working. Amazon customer support havent been helpful because its over 30 days and nor have Cosori EU customer support. Had the product for 6 months. Am wondering if the 2 year warranty is useless. We know thousands of Cosori air fryers have been catching fire/smoking in the US, Canada, Mexico, but they are adamant European models are not affected. Mine is!!

Compre una en el Black friday para regalarla a 159 euros cuando su precio normal era 189, hasta ahí bien y es lo que costaba hasta hace 2 días. Ayer de repente la suben a 279 y hoy 24 de enero a 403 cosa que se puede calificar o de errores en los precios o si no simplemente de disparate. La freidora está muy bien la verdad, pero ni de lejos vale lo que ahora piden. Si alguien tiene dinero para derrocharlo adelante por que a este paso mañana pedirán más de 500. Yo iba a comprar otra para mi, pero no a ese precio, ya 189 era cara con respecto a su funcionamiento. Quizás lo que estén haciendo con estas subidas es un experimento sociológico, de ver hasta donde llega la locura de la gente para comprar.
Actualizacion 25/01/23 el precio ya ha vuelto a ser de 189 euros, caro para mi, pero no disparatado, no se que les pasaria para tener esos precios durante dos dias.

I’ve owned previous smart airfryer, but this one is ridiculous.

I am blind so need to use the app to have access to controlling this device.

After plugging it in and connecting to Wi-Fi, I then programmed it to cook some chips.

Then, to my horror, a message came on my phone screen, telling me I had to go and press the start button on the device.

As the fryer is touchscreen, I had no chance of being able to use it.

So had to return it for refund.

What’s the point in having a app and then having to physically touch buttons on a touchscreen. Ridiculous.

unfortunately I had to return the product, having followed the instruction of cleaning before use, I found the overwhelming plastic smell, didn't go away, I tried several times more but found it still tainted the food.
I returned the product and had a refund. I then contacted the manufacturers to find the pre use instructions on the web site weren't the same as those sent with the product, maybe I was just unlucky, I haven't been tempted to try a different make.
